Title: Design Sales Representative
Reports To: Principal & Senior Designer
Objective: Discover and follow up on sales leads. Find new business. Develop relationships within the Community. Successfully transition new clients to the project manager.
Employee Type: Full-Time
Education: 4 Year Degree in Business, Communications or related experience
Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill metro market.

- Weekly sales progress meetings with principal

- Ability to work out of our Durham studio.

- A desire to exceed expectations
- An understanding of small business, non-profit and corporate branding systems as well as campaigns
- Experience with Sales Force CRM
- Sales and marketing strategy
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently and deliver results
Desired abilities:
- Marketing and creative writing experience
- Existing network of contacts
- Database analysis
- Knowledge of interactive media
