NCCU Quality Service Initiative

When Chancellor Charlie Nelms joined the North Carolina Central University family in 2007, he implemented the Quality Service Initiative to improve customer service across campus.

The program is implemented through suggestion boxes and online forms that solicit feedback from constituents. We created the visual identity; designed the comment card, folder and promotional pieces; and designed and developed the website.

Since its’ implementation, the initiative has been recognized by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
