Client Success + Account Manager

Kompleks creative is looking for an experienced Client Success/Account Manager to help maintain and build strong relationships with our clients. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with our clients and the communities we serve.

Communication, organization and social skills are necessary to this role as well as knowledge of marketing, branding and design.

The candidate will serve as a business and strategy advocate for our clients and identify opportunities for their success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Kompleks Creative’s primary client-facing representative and a trusted advisor to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Provide recommendations on best practices, updates and industry trends
  • Communicate success and use performance indicators routinely
  • Schedule and lead regular status update meetings with clients
  • Provide feedback and direction to production team under the direction of management
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of project deliverables
  • Perform QA on project deliverables and activities
  • Develop and meet quarterly account performance plans
  • Review performance plans with management


  • 2 – 5 years of experience managing account in an agency environment for marketing, advertising or related field
  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project or comparable systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Personal accountability
  • Ability to be productive with little oversight
  • Basic understanding of e-mail marketing, graphic design, web development and digital marketing
