Notorious sweet tooth, world traveler and logistics coordinator. Chantal has an eye for detail and a natural ability to keep projects on track.

Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Bowie, Maryland, I am a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a BA in Art and an MBA in Business Management and Administration. Durham has been my home for more than a decade and I’m excited that Kompleks is at the center of the action…downtown!

Since Kompleks Creative’s inception, I’ve had the opportunity to juggle a few roles including graphic designer, internship coordinator, web hosting administrator, web developer, project manager and supervisor.

After mentoring me in website design and development in 2005, Tobias hired me as Kompleks’ first graphic designer. As the workload increased, I implemented the internship program to seek assistance from local design students while helping them develop their skills. We take pride in advancing future designers, many of which have joined our team over the years.

Working at Kompleks has always been an exciting experience for me. I am grateful for the opportunities to develop new skills based on my interests that also help the company thrive. Furthermore, I enjoy working with a team of truly talented young professionals that I can learn from.

Outside of Kompleks, you can find me serving as an active board member of Durham Central Park.
