Beyù Caffè is a unique, Durham-based business---equal parts coffee shop, destination restaurant, hip downtown bar, and live jazz venue. Beyù came to us in the summer of 2013 looking for a way to set themselves apart from other downtown restaurants. They have a welcoming atmosphere and great food, but weren’t capitalizing on their unique business model as efficiently as they could.
Through staff interviews and careful analysis of company analytics and past marketing tactics, we were able to work with Beyù to clearly outline their business goals and develop a strategy for their marketing campaign. Beyù already had a renowned reputation for customer service and we aimed to convey this with their online presence. Our strategy would include a sleeker, more user-friendly website and a strong digital media voice that would be both engaging and recognizable. We would focus on sharing the Beyù experience, rather than focusing on their menu.
